Please note: your spot is not secured until we receive your deposit. The initial payment of $550 USD per person confirms your participation. The next payment is due by November 1, 2026, and the final payment is due by March 1, 2027 (double occupancy rates; single private rooms are more with same due dates).

Deposit $550 = now.

2nd payment = $1,900 due November 1, 2026

3rd payment = $1,900 due March 1, 2027

Deposit $550 = now

2nd payment = $2,550 due November 1, 2026

3rd payment = $1,900 due March 1, 2027

For double occupancy with Florence Add-On

                  Deposit $550 = now

                  2nd payment = $2,700 due November 1, 2026

                  3rd payment = $1,900 due March 1, 2027

For single private room upgrades with Florence Add-On:

                  2nd Payment = $2,900 due November 1, 2026

                  3rd Payment = $1,900 due March 1, 2027
