We tackle systems and processes, as well as program design with your team to ensure eligibility and compliance with the grant you are seeking. We provide guidance/training in grant best practices as well as maintaining a strong grants schedule and calendar; we can also prepare LOIs and support partnerships.
Financials & Budget
We work with your team to develop clear and accurate financials pertinent to your grant, as well as program and/or annual budgets for both restricted and unrestricted funds.
Post-Award Management
We monitor progress, compliance & workflow with the funder's dates, rules, and goals; we work with your implementation team to submit periodic reports, program evaluations and assessments. We advise regarding ethics and evaluation in cooperation with project administrators; and we support follow-up and relationship-building with grant officers regarding grant closeout and grant renewal.
