Are you excited to get to know garden herbs and even use them to support your health?

Join herbalist Holly Bellebuono for this welcoming intro class to explore, play and learn. This class will introduce you to using common, safe and versatile herbs for improving digestion, strengthening your mental clarity, getting better sleep at night, clearing damaged or wounded skin, clearing congested lungs and sinuses, and more.

Holly makes this class fun and user-friendly, equipping you with the basics you need to harvest herbs and prepare simple and useful herbal remedies. You'll learn the foundations of herbal actions and what herbs do, so that you can focus on 5-6 plants on your own as you explore the world of botanical medicine.

Learn how to bring your garden plants and kitchen spices into your medicine cabinet!

This is a beginner's class, but it is helpful to be familiar with at least a few common herbs, such as lavender, mint, yarrow, calendula, violet, roses, nettle, and/or lemon balm. Come join Holly as she walks you through her Teaching Garden and introduces you to ways to use herbs for health!

In addition to the 30 minute video, you'll receive helpful, printable PDF Tip Sheets as well as Holly's 4-Tier Formula Webinar.
