Waitlist Details
Because our trip is full, we have set up a waitlist. This is designed to be 100% risk free and refundable.
How it works:
You pay a 100% refundable, risk-free deposit of $2,000 to get on the waitlist. If a cancellation occurs, you will be notified (in your order on the list) and you'll have 48 hours to make the rest of your payments. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time. If you remove yourself or you are not called, your deposit will be 100% refunded. All payments/refunds for waitlist are via Venmo. Waitlist will be active until 2 days prior to trip (September 21).

IF YOU ARE CALLED ON THE WAITLIST
Congrats! If you are called, you will have 48 hours to make your final payment of $2,600. This payment must be made by Venmo.
You will be responsible for making travel plans, purchasing travel insurance, and filling out our required documents prior to the trip (which may be last minute!).
We will stop calling waitlisters 2 days before the trip. If you'd like to get off the waitlist at any time, simply email [email protected] and we will take you off the list and refund your deposit 100% via Venmo.
Make sure we have your correct Venmo ID and phone number.
Once accepted as a participant, all payments are nonrefundable. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip.
